Levels of Fitness is located in the plaza behind the Gristmill Market, second floor, two big picture windows.  Entrance is door next to the dry cleaners – go upstairs and turn left – can’t miss it!

If using GPS or Mapquest, use the Gristmill Market address, 24 Falls Rd.  Otherwise the location will be shown as across the street.

YOGA FOR HEALTH – FIRST INSTRUCTIONAL DVD IS HERE! ONLY 5 LEFT! GET YOUR COPY NOW!!!

This DVD teaches the Ashtanga Primary Series and it is just like being in class!  Two students and myself demonstrate and instruct the class.  Lauren demonstrates the intermediate to advanced versions of the postures, Jennifer demonstrates the beginners versions, and I demonstrate and instruct.  Relaxation is at the end, just like in class!  Two media students from RHAM (school in Hebron) video taped and edited the footage.

The cost is only $25.00 – covers the expense of making the DVDs, the professional packaging for the DVD, and a small profit for the school.  They make great presents too! Please send me an email with your order, name and address for shipping.

The practice of Yoga is possible for everyone.  Whether you are a marathon runner, couch potato, or somewhere in-between, Yoga will help increase your level of flexibility, strength, and oxygen intake. Yoga isn’t meant to replace your current workout, it can be practiced in addition to your exercise program.  Most athletes (i.e. football players, runners, etc) find that they are better able to perform their chosen form of exercise and sport much better when they incorporate Yoga into their lifestyles.
