Yoga is not just a stretching and meditation class. Yoga stretches become part of your daily exercise warm-ups and cool downs. Yoga teaches you how to breathe correctly and how to apply it when working out within your daily exercise programs. The benefits of yoga become useful techniques for many health issues and espcially as our bodies mature with age and our “life style” stress increases.
I have enjoyed my experience with Marcie and Yoga for Health for several months now and find the benefits of attending class 3 times per week very helpful with improving my flexibility. I have found that when I took it years ago after having 3 daughters, I did not loose what I had already been taught.
Marcie makes her classes enjoyable and easy to follow. New comers can jump in at any time. Marcie corrects each student’s posture when needed in a gentle fashion. Thank you Marcie for making Yoga a fun experience!
