JIVAMUKTI YOGA
Jivamukti Yoga is one of nine internationally recognized styles of Hatha Yoga.
The name Jivamukti means “liberation while living.” It is taken from the Sanskrit term “Jivanmuktih”, used to describe the state of enlightenment or God realization. Jiva means “individual soul” and mukti means “liberation”.
This method of yoga was created by David Life and Sharon Gannon in 1986. They named this yoga practice “Jivamukti” because they wanted the student to be reminded of the ultimate aim of the practice: spiritual enlightenment and awareness.
It is a vigorously physical and intellectually stimulating practice combined with an equally strong foundation in the ancient spiritual traditions of Yoga.

Zen Yoga
Zen Yoga is a holistic system. It covers the fundamental needs of physical health, mental clarity and spiritual peace. Zen is a mindful awareness of the present moment and the ability to stay present as you live your life. The Art of Zen Yoga combines the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi, the energy breathing of Qigong and the deep, relaxed stretching of Shanti Yoga and the calm serenity of meditation. Zen Yoga is much more than a set of physical exercises, though it does blend in aspects of the martial arts for those more physically oriented. Through integration of body, mind and spirit Zen Yoga creates flexibility, health, vitality and peace of mind.
